Returns

Wonder Wheat will accept product returns and provide you with a refund or replacement where:

• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
• The product does not match the sample or our description; and
• You can provide your receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

Eligible returns should be shipped back within 7 days of the acceptance of a return request. All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment once the return has been received. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Wonder Wheat will not refund orders based on the incorrect usage of the product or a cat not acclimating to the new litter. Most cats will accept a new litter outright, however, some may require a transition period during which the mixing of old and new litter is required.

Wonder Wheat cannot accept responsibility for any returns that are lost or damaged while in transit back to our warehouse.

Wonder Wheat reserves the right to deny a return if the item or product does not comply with our return policy.
