Why WonderWheat?  In the mid 1990's we began breeding Russian Blue Cats, a small cattery specializing in quality not quantity. Therefore we were very concerned with the safety of our cats and kittens. As there was no suitable cat litter available, that would not harm our kittens if eaten.  We decided to concentrate on developing our own safe cat litter. Our cattery, in the South West of Western Australia, is where we began, we decided to try all types of different grains. After several years of experimenting with different processes and formulas, the result was organic wheat grain. We supplied the new owners of our kittens with our wheat litter. After a couple of years, the demand grew.  In 2002 we decided to market the first Wheat Litter in Australia, so that all Cat Lovers can share in the benefits of WonderWheat Cat Litter.   We have now retired from Cat Breeding, to enable us to continue expanding our business. All our faithful companions, now retired from breeding, are continuing as the WonderWheat Test Team!   We hope you enjoy viewing our website,  the beautiful Cats and Kittens, as they are the reason for WonderWheat Cat Litter.
